It’s a well known fact that sport and health are as tightly connected as can be. If you work out regularly, there is a pretty big chance you will be in shape and feel healthy.
Besides working out regularly, there are a ton of things you can do daily to lose some extra calories. Things like taking the stairs if you need to be on the first couple floors go for a walk during your lunch break. Or ever thought of getting a dog? They not only make a good friend, but they can actually help you lose weight because you will have to walk the dog daily.
Besides exercising to stay healthy, you can also focus on what you are eating. There are studies that show that eating 3 big meals is the best way to stay away from the calories. And there are studies that show that eating 6 times a day is better, because this way your body will be constantly working to digest the food, which in turn will speed up your metabolism. But both studies say and show that you should have a good breakfast if you wish to stay in shape.
Just a quick tip: Keep in mind that it’s easier to gain them damn calories then losing them. So next time keep an eye out for what you are eating, so you don’t have to work your butt off to get rid of the easily gained calories.
