Raining During A Tour “Rain pouring down the sky with a velocity you’ve never seen. Puddles of mud mixed with water on the ground. The wind blowing branches of the trees. The sky is black and it doesn’t look the rain is going to stop anytime soon” That’s the situation outside while you are thinking to do your daily jogging session. Are you still going to do your jogging session?

The situation I described is a bit over the top but I hope you get the idea. This post is about a simple question. Do you work out in bad weather? This could be anything though. From jogging in the park to weight lifting in the gym.

Personally, I’ve noticed that when the weather is bad, the gym usually has less people in it. Same goes for jogging in the park. Once a while I jog and when the weather isn’t as good as it is normally, there tends to be less people in the park.

This made me wonder what the readers of this blog do when the weather is bad. Do you guys and girl still jog and lift weight, even if the weather is bad?

My answer to the question is yes, I do work out, even if the weather is bad.

When I’m on a running mission at that time in my life, I don’t let weather stop me. Unless there’s like a really dangerous storm with lightning rods striking down just 20 feet away from me, lol.

I seriously need to pick up my training again, though…

Unfortunately, a lot of people do get stopped by the bad weather.

And about you Nico, don’t be lazy and hit the gym already!
