5 Signs that tell you that you should work out

Stop sign with a text in itI think anyone who’s a bit overweight get signs from either himself or from people around him that tell you you should work out. And since I’m a bit overweight, I get these signs as well. For me, it was my belly. It was getting bigger than it usually is and my shirts don’t fit as good as they used to do. Below I’ll list a couple of other sings that tell you that you should work out.

You’re clothes don’t fit

Ever wondered why you’re favorite jeans don’t feel as comfortable as they used to feel? Well, it could be because you gained some extra pounds. So take a good look at yourself and see if you gained some extra pounds. If you indeed gained a few extra pounds, hit the gym as soon as possible.

You’re knees and back hurt

You slowly realize you’re knees or you’re back hurt and you wonder how this is possible. You didn’t work out, you didn’t lift heavy weights or did any intensive exercises. Being overweight can cause this. You should work out your back and knees to strengthen them and lose some weight.

Stretch marks

You wake up, you’re getting ready to hit the showers and all of a sudden you see it: Stretch marks. Stretch marks are a sign that you are getting fatter overweight as you skin stretches out. To prevent any further growth of your stretch marks, you got to lose weight aka hit the gym.

You don’t get invited to McDonalds anymore

If you hang out with friends that are healthy and look after their weight as well as their friend’s weight, you can expect to get fewer invitations for McDonalds. This is because you’re friends see that you’re gaining a few extra pounds and want you to lose some weight. So instead of getting invited to McDonalds, why don’t you invite them to join you in the gym?

You get too many invitations to McDonalds

If you hang out with friends that aren’t too shy to give good old McDonalds a visit you can expect more invitations than usual. This is because your friends see that you gain a few extra pounds and think you wouldn’t mind eating some more burgers. If this is the case you better do something about it. And as usual, hitting the gym will solve all this!
