Ever since I started to blog I also started to learn about blogging. Doing a couple searches I came across Problogger, DailyBlogTips and DoshDosh, where I have learned a lot and I’m still learning every day. LaurensFitness and Prohealthblog are the two blogs I stumbled upon and with the bit of knowledge I gathered from the other blogs, I contact them and got the ball rolling.
Remember the old days when Mario was the next best thing after sliced bread? The days when you jumped all over the place while you were jumping in the game. These days will be coming back thanks to the Wii Fit by Nintendo. Well, you won’t be jumping all over the place, but you will be burning calories in the comfort of your own house and you will get fitter by playing “video games”.

It’s Saturday again and this means it time for the post which’s basis is a comment from a reader of this blog. Early this week I got a short comment, yet there is so much information in that short comment. The comment was from Armando Williams and in his comment he said he didn’t know there were so many calories in a pizza and that they should put the calories on the box or something.
“Rain pouring down the sky with a velocity you’ve never seen. Puddles of mud mixed with water on the ground. The wind blowing branches of the trees. The sky is black and it doesn’t look the rain is going to stop anytime soon” That’s the situation outside while you are thinking to do your daily jogging session. Are you still going to do your jogging session?
Have you ever had a day where you were starving and you just had to eat or drink something, even knowing how unhealthy it is, you just ate or drank it? Well, after you’ve read the rest of this post, you’ll regret every time you ate or drank something that was unhealthy, because some of the foods I’m about to describe are just plain lethal. They should put an “Eat at your own risk” sign on it.
Did you know by changing small things in your life, you could have a life which’s quality is a lot better? By doing things differently, you could be seeing things in a way that you didn’t before. Think of walking a bit more, taking your time do something or buying something you normally wouldn’t buy. It only takes a small change to get a big result.
Would you believe me if I told you, you could be sitting between 400 toilet seats worth of microbes while you’re behind your desk? Well, unfortunately most of you are sitting between the 400 toilet seats. If you’d have told me this a week ago, I would have laughed right in your face and told you to get the **** out of here. But unfortunately I’ve done my research and the results are not pretty.
