What to think about when I say sexual health? Well, you can think of making love to someone, preferably not yourself and while doing that, improve your health at the same time. It’s proven over and over again that sex is good for you health. Men’s Health magazine has gone so far as to call the bed the single greatest piece of exercise equipment ever invented.
Sex is exercise. When exercising, your pulse rate will increase. Having sex has the same effect. Your pulse will go from 70-80 beats per minutes up to 150-160 beats per minute. And a higher pulse rate equals more calorie burning. While having sex 3 times a week, you’ll lose like 500-700 calories. This is based on having sex actively for about 30 minutes. Physical exercise, in whatever form, increases the level of the male hormone, testosterone, within the body. Experts say that this hormone strengthens the muscles and bones of the human body.
Are you depressed and want to reduce your depression? Your answer is sex my friend. Having sex 3 times will reduce depression. Having sex with a partner that doesn’t use a condom has even a better effect than having a partner who usus one.
And here is a quick list of many other benefits of having sex regularly:
- Slows aging proces (!)
- Better bladder control
