Unfortunately last week I didn’t receive any comments that were a good enough basis for a post. But nothing to worry about, as all new blogs have a hard time getting readers and people that comment regularly. This week I got quite some comments on my posts and one of the comments was from Greg Clinton. He said this in his comment on 10 Tips that can help you drink more water
Yet the media keeps reporting that there is no scientific evidence to support the idea that drinking lots of water is a good thing.
We all know the media is a wonderful “tool” and whatever the media says is fact and truth only. The media saying “there is no scientific proof” is utter bull****. Looking around the web I found this report within 5 minutes. It’s a research on PubMed . It clearly shows that water is the healthiest beverage of all. And yet another report by PubMed showing that replacing sweetened caloric beverages by water reduces you calorie intake by 200 calories/day.
These are only 2 researches I found within 10 minutes that show that regular water intake is good for your health. Just imagine what you will find if you keep digging through the internet. All I can say is that you shouldn’t believe everything the media says.
I want to thank Greg Clinton from talk.appspot.com for bringing this to our attention.
