StumbleUpon LogoI’d like to point out that in order for this blog to keep going, I’ll need visitors / subscribers. A great way to get some free traffic and subscriber is StumbleUpon. I can hear you say: “What is this StumbleUpon you’re talking about?” Don’t worry, Mr. Wikipedia will explain what StumbleUpon is. This is what Mr. Wikipedia says about StumbleUpon:

StumbleUpon is a web browser plugin that allows its users to discover and rate webpages, photos, and videos. Webpages are presented when the user clicks the “Stumble!” button on the browser’s toolbar. StumbleUpon chooses which new webpage to display based on the user’s ratings of previous pages, ratings by his/her friends, and by the ratings of users with similar interests. i.e. it is a recommendation system which uses peer and social networking principles. There is also one-click blogging built in as well. Users can rate, or choose not to rate, any webpage with a thumbs up or thumbs down, and clicking the Stumble button resembles “channel-surfing” the web. Toolbar versions exist for Firefox, Mozilla Application Suite and Internet Explorer, but also works with some independent Mozilla-based browsers.

Now that you know what StumbleUpon is, it’s time to take some action. Whenever you like a post I wrote, give it a thumbs up from your StumbleUpon toolbar. Another way to show you like the post, is to click on the “share this” button at the end of every article. When you do this, you’ll see a couple of options. Pick your favorite Social Media site and you’d be doing me a favor. Doing this will only take a couple of seconds from your time.

I’d like to thank anyone in advance who stumbles, diggs or gives me a vote on any Social Media site. You’re the blood of this blog, I’m relying on you!

ps How about you start with this page? :)
