Me in LondonHi my name is Umit Namli. I’m Turkish but I was born in Holland where I live since I was born. At the moment I study at InHolland University. Following a Financial study which kinda sucks. Good thing this is my last year and I’ll be finishing it so I can focus on blogging.

I’ve been going to the gym for the past 2 years now I think and instead of losing weight, the main reason why I went to the gym in the first place, I gained weight. Little did I know that I actually lost fat and gained a ton of extra muscle. Right now I weigh 93kg which is 18kg more than when I started to hit the gym. But I can say this: I’m not complaining about my weight as quite some of is muscle tissue.

To the blogging part… I recently started blogging because this way I could increase my knowledge about health, sport and nutrition and share this with people who are interested in the same topics. This is my first, and I hope last blog. It all depends on you, the readers.
