Did you know being lazy can make you fat? Or how about go as far as get you killed? It sounds a bit extreme, but being lazy can really cause all of that. Let’s go though some examples.
Too lazy to switch your cell phone from 1 ear to another
You probably have those 10 – 20 minute phone calls where you put your cell phone between your shoulder and neck, so that it’s stuck between them. While you are doing this, your neck is in an unnatural position which can cause minor or even major neck injuries. And this is cause only because you are too lazy to switch your cell phone from 1 site to another. (more…)




A couple days ago I woke up and had a coffee in the morning. While this is a rare situation, it happens once a while. Usually I tend to drink water or thee in the morning, but these drinks don’t wake you up as much as coffee does and this make me wonder something. Aren’t there caffeinated drinks around with no calories or carbs? Luckily this question was answered positively.
I don’t know if you’ll agree or not, but the most delicious part of a chicken is the chicken breast. You ask me why? Just because you can eat it without hassle. No skin that bothers you, no bones that crushes your teeth, just a delicious piece of chicken breast. And I think that many mothers will agree with me when I say chicken breasts are very easy to prepare.
To expand my knowledge about the topics I’m writing about, I’m planning to read 5 books from now till December 31st. Some of these books I have mentioned before and suggested you read those as well. Now it’s time for me to read them and once I’m done reading them, I’ll write a review about them. Actually, I’ve already done two posts based on two of these books.
Earlier this week I wrote an article about how people thought salads were healthier than other fast food. And in that article I mentioned how fast food restaurants ruin your salad and did a little comparison, showing that salads were not healthier than the medium sized burgers from the same fast food restaurant. Today it’s the other way round and I’ll be showing how to spice up salads.
The blog has been going for 2 months and 15 days now and it had it’s up and downs (already), but today is a day for a big fat up, because today Sports & Cooking has, for the first time, had over a 1000 page views. Once again this spike in page views is generated by a simple thumbs up from
